GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR ONLINE TICKETING
Preamble
The present general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GCS") govern the contractual relationship between the Fondation Le Corbusier (hereinafter the "Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "Buyer") wishing to purchase admission tickets on the Fondation Le Corbusier website accessible at https://fondationlecorbusier.billetterie.museum (hereinafter the "Site").
Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which admission tickets for the establishment are sold, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of this sale.
Article 2: Ticket offer and availability
Ticket offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation by the establishment, after the order has been placed, the purchaser will be informed by e-mail. The order will be automatically cancelled and the payment will be refunded within one month, by bank transfer to the account used when the order was placed.
Article 3 : Prices
Sale prices are indicated on the Site in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Processing and shipping costs, where applicable, are payable by the Purchaser and are indicated before the order is validated.
The establishment reserves the right to modify the sale price of tickets. However, the prices indicated for each ticket selected at the time of order validation are deemed firm and definitive.
For reduced or free tickets, proof of entitlement will be required at the ticket office. Without such proof, the visitor will be required to pay the full price of the ticket.
Article 4 : Ordering
The Buyer may place an order for Products via the Site. The order is final once the Buyer has validated payment.
Article 5 : Payment
Payment is made exclusively in euros.
Payment for Products is made online using the payment methods offered on the Site. Payment is secured by Lyra and the Buyer guarantees the Seller that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment.
In the event of refusal of payment by the bank concerned, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 6 : Edition of e-tickets
Entry tickets ordered online are e-mailed to the purchaser as soon as the order has been accepted and validated. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of tickets by the Buyer if the e-mail address provided is incorrect or if spam filters block the sending.
Tickets give priority access for the date and time indicated on the ticket. Outside this window, priority access is no longer guaranteed. Access to the service is subject to verification of ticket validity.
Tickets must be presented on a smartphone or printed by the purchaser on blank white paper in A4 format, with no change to the print size.
Ticket reproduction and resale is strictly forbidden. No claim will be accepted in the event of illegal reproduction made without the knowledge of the purchaser, who is responsible for the use of the printed tickets.
Article 7 : Cancellation and refund
The sale of museum admission tickets or related services is treated as a sale of leisure services and, in accordance with article L 121-21-8-12° of the French Consumer Code, does not entitle the purchaser to a withdrawal period.
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by the museum.
The museum may cancel or modify the services offered in its brochures and on its website at any time.
If, before the date of the service, the execution of the order is rendered impossible due to an external event (force majeure, closure of the establishment for technical or sanitary reasons, lack of personnel or participants, etc.), the establishment will inform the customer as soon as possible and propose a modification to the order by e-mail.
The customer then has the option :
- request reimbursement by bank transfer to the account used for the order,
- or accept the modification proposed by the establishment.
Article 8 : Protection of personal data
For the management and follow-up of orders, their payment and customer relations, certain data is collected: title, surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address.
This data is stored in the customer account on a renewable basis for a maximum of 3 years.
Customers have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning them (French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
The customer's consent is required to receive newsletters, promotional offers or events.
Article 9: Dispute resolution
The present terms and conditions, drawn up in French, as well as any order placed on the Site, are governed by French law.

In all cases, the Fondation Le Corbusier may not be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations attributable either to the customer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure (Article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code).
Likewise, the establishment cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
The establishment, owner of the online ticketing service, undertakes exclusively to comply with the laws and regulations in force in France.
Hypertext links may direct the customer to websites other than the online ticketing service. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
